Tasks preformed that are all a part of our standard $140 inspection/service we take care of:

•Cleaning the glass front
•Clearing gas supply line for both the pilot and burner
•Tuning burner for a more efficient burn
•Tuning pilot for better reliability
•Testing of all mechanical and electrical parts
•Gas leak inspection
•Any Minor adjustments and repairs included

Parts are extra if required, I carry 90% of common parts on me so we should be able to get your fireplace going the same day we make our appointment.
